It is the registrant’s responsibility to inform themselves about the terms and conditions of the service. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms, which aim to ensure a safe, transparent and effective experience for all users.

Acquisition and Scheduling of Classes

• Services Offered: Driver’s lesson packages are described on our website.
• Request and Reservation: To schedule classes, please contact Esteem Driving School by phone at +61 0403125786 or by email at syedaliss1588@myyahoo.com. Class availability will be subject to the driving school’s calendar and confirmation.

Payment Method

Courses must be paid for at the beginning of the course. It is the instructor’s responsibility to provide the corresponding receipt and verify at that precise moment that the amount is the agreed-upon amount. Suppose there is any disagreement or discrepancy with the price or value of the course. In that case, it is the student’s responsibility to contact Esteem Driving School at that time at the office telephone numbers published on the website to report the disagreement and be able to provide a solution or clarify any misunderstanding. If the student does not have a telephone to make the call, it is the instructor’s responsibility to provide them with one so they can make the corresponding call.

If payment is made by VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH & PayID, it is the student’s responsibility to provide the instructor with a copy of the voucher or a printout of the bank transfer.

Safety Policy

During your classes, you will be accompanied by an experienced instructor who give you confidence and security in your classes, it is the student’s duty to follow the instructions given by the instructors at all times if a fine attributable to the student occurs for not following the teacher’s instructions, it is the student’s responsibility to pay the corresponding fine, likewise the Esteem Driving School vehicles are insured against accidents, however any traffic accident caused by the student for not following the instructor’s instructions, or deliberately caused by making decisions to change lanes, turn in prohibited places or not previously agreed upon with the instructor, not respecting speed limits, or any action not indicated by the instructor, it is the student’s responsibility to pay 50% of the damage repair or the insurance deductible. If the student refuses to pay, the school reserves the right to cancel the course without any penalty or refund of the same.

Compliance with Requirements

You must submit the following requirements in person or digitally:

• Identity card
• Voting certificate or if you were a minor in the last elections is not mandatory
• Blood type
• Having minimum education will be reviewed on the ID card, or otherwise, with the presentation of school certificates endorsed by the Ministry of Education.
• You must drive your vehicle safely, respecting traffic laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

By using the website, the user undertakes to:

• Do not copy, modify or distribute any part of the content without authorization
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas or platform servers without permission

Price

Cancellations

Refunds

No refunds will be issued once classes for the purchased package have begun. Any refund requests must be processed before classes begin. This also depends on the situation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• The school offers a satisfaction guarantee for all its courses.
• The satisfaction guarantee is valid from the moment the service is purchased until the completion of the entire course.
• If a student is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the assigned advisor during class time.
